Director’s biography
Director Martin Stretchky has a favour for B-Movies but also for elaborate Art-House Cinema. He has studied screenwriting and cinematography at the Berlin film school filmArche. His main focus is on subtle genre shifts, retro looks and the ironizing of genre conventions. As he generally likes to deal with experimental music – sound design is an important artistic aspect for him. Martin Stretchky stands in the tradition of Indy filmmakers who make independent films with small budgets.
